The ME has its very own cleaning team: 5 lovely ladies who make your lives more pleasant… it is up to us to respect their work!
All the lodgings are cleaned monthly. Shared areas are cleaned twice a week.
The ME has a night team with 3 caretakers who are either on the premises or on call 24/7. They will assist you with anything you may need. They know all the ins and outs of the electricity network in our 8000m2 of buildings and the rapport with residents always gets off to a flying start!
They also distribute mail and parcels, open up the numerous rooms of the ME, remain available any time of night, inspect the residential premises… in other words, from the very moment you arrive, you will not be able to manage without them!

WEEKEND TIMES 7pm – 3am
They repair everything in the home! Whenever you have the slightest concern in your lodgings, all you need to do is fill in a maintenance request form and you will receive assistance within 24 hours or warned in the event of further delays.
The maintenance team also manages kitchen rubbish and waste bins, so… let’s respect their work and our planet: waste sorting is a must. Thank you !
