The 4 T1bis in our hall of residence are equipped to accommodate one or two residents, or a couple. They include a room with two single beds and a big wardrobe, a separate kitchen-living room, two study areas and a bathroom-toilet accessed from the entrance corridor with a wardrobe and hanging area.

The contract for these T1Bis are joint tenancies.

668 €/month* for 1 ou 2 people (APL to be deducted : 243 €) or 425€* or 212.50€* per perso

It is suggested that residents bring the following items with them :

Crockery, knives & forks, cooking utensils, sheets, duvet, pillow, towel, small domestic appliances (such as a kettle), cleaning equipment for the room and toilets.
Please note that all heating and cooking equipment is forbidden in the rooms for obvious safety reasons.
